A MARKET GUARD RETURNS ₱150,000 CASH AND IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS TO THE OWNER

ALEOSAN, COTABATO— In the height of the pandemic and prevailing crisis, a market guard here, returned  ₱150,000 cash and important documents left by a resident on May 17, 2021.

On his fb post, a certain Val Regular, incidentally left his back pack around 6:30 in the evening, containing the said amount and important documents at Aleosan Public Market, as he hurried home

“Nagbantay ko sa karnehan namon tapos pag-uli na nalipatan ko ang bagpack ko sa dalom sang lamesa. Gadali-dali ko mag uli kay gaulan na. Past 8pm of the same date nabalik dayon. Walang labis, walang kulang,” Regular shared via fb messenger.

Ricardo Caluna or Manong Cardo for friends, a market guard of the municipality, recovered the backpack left under a table in public market, immediately turned over the items to Aleosan Municipal Police Station.

“Hindi ako mahilig mag post sa fb pero kagabi hindi ko mapigilan para magpaabot ng pasasalamat kay Manong Cardo. Sana tularan siya ng marami,” he further shared.

Val Regular is a businessman and an active police officer at Libungan Municipal Police Station. #
